Bengaluru: Police Hunt Three Accused in Shocking Bengaluru Hotel Misbehavior Case
The Bengaluru Police have registered an FIR against three individuals involved in an incident where a young woman was subjected to inappropriate behavior at a Bengaluru hotel.
The incident, which occurred on December 30, 2023, at the Nammoota hotel in the Vijayanagar locality around 7:30 p.m., has prompted an active search for the accused who went missing after the event.
The accused are believed to have formed a gang with a focus on targeting young girls and women frequenting hotels. Their modus operandi allegedly involved inappropriate touching, with one of the individuals performing the act while the others observed and derived enjoyment. In case of any confrontation, the trio would collaborate to swiftly escape the scene.
The police, who officially received the FIR on January 10, have collected CCTV footage related to the incident. The video reportedly captures the three accused arriving at the hotel, planning the indecent act, and executing it. One of the accused is seen spanking the young woman, while the others watch and derive pleasure. In response to the victim’s objection, locals gathered, prompting the accused individuals to flee.
The complaint was filed by the hotel cashier, Sukanya, who stated that the accused individuals ordered ‘dosa’ and proceeded to misbehave with the young woman in question. The incident has raised concerns about the safety of women in public spaces, and the police are actively pursuing the case to bring the culprits to justice.
